Highway Maintenance
INCKAH has the largest independent highway maintenance and road repair portfolio in the country. We are proud of our highway maintenance record and constantly strive to improve our performance through continuous improvement and innovation to ensure our future as one of the most successful highway maintenance companies in the country.
Our Highway Maintenance activities include routine maintenance activities such as Pavement maintenance. Road Asset cleaning and maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Horticulture operations, etc. Drainage improvements and bridge and structural inspections are just a couple of our highway improvement activities. We also have 5 dedicated highway resurfacing teams using cutting edge techniques such as MICROSURFACING, introduced by our company in India in 1997-2000
Microsurfacing
Micro surfacing is one of the toughest and most versatile pavement surface treatments available. While conventional slurry seal is used as an economical treatment for sealing and extending the service of roads, micro surfacing has many added capabilities.
Quality micro surfacing work requires consistent materials, scientific mix designs, high-quality equipment, and a trained, experienced contractor. Inckah Infrastructure Technologies excels in all categories and has done micro surfacing work for over two decades. We have an inhouse design facility using ASTM equipment to design tailor-made job mix formula suitable for every projects individual needs and material characteristics to increase performance, minimize downtime, and ensure that the micro is mixed and applied properly.
Asphalt Paving
Our company is fully equipped and experienced in Hot Asphalt Paving as per MoRTH specifications. Most common applications include – Semi Dense Bituminous Carpet, Dense Bituminous Carpeting, Bituminous Macadam Course and Bituminous Course laid in thickness of 40 – 50 mm.
Our teams have the expertise to execute Hot Asphalt works with 60/70 grade Bitumen as well as Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) , Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen (CRMB) and also emerging world class technologies like Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) courses.
Modified Bitumen Products
We are a leading manufacturer of modified Bituminous products. We have expertise in Bitumen modification and have a state of the art production facilities since 1991. All our units are well equipped with modern laboratories. We manufacture and market quality products like Bitumen Emulsions – Tack & Prime coat, Slurry Seal, Microsurfacing, Polymer Modified Bitumen (SBS), etc which are known for their quality and standard.

We use top-of-the-line machines to ensure high performance and dependability, along with a fully equipped Lab, we design and calibrate Slurry Seal applications to ensure that the slurry is being applied according to your mix design.
